Upholstery
Seat and back are covered in choice of fabric, vinyl, crypton, leather or COM. ERG uses only water based glues and adhesives in our upholstery process. Contrasting fabrics are available.
Frame Construction
Frame assembly is constructed of multi-ply hardwood, with tongue and groove construction. All foam is fully bonded to frame. Seat cushions are 4" graded high resiliency (H.R.) block foam, covered entirely with special bonded polyester fiber to protect final upholstery. No sag-springs are installed in seat & back along with interlocking helicoil springs to prevent sagging and provide additional lower back and seat support.
Platform
Wooden platform is solid maple that is finished in transparent wood stain colors. All stains, sealers and lacquers used by ERG are water based and 100% environmentally friendly.
Online Table
The online table, with or without the optional inset storage shelf and magazine rack, will be finished on all sides in laminate or optional veneer to coordinate with your choice of standard stain colors for the wood platform base.
